User Profiles
VIP status applies to your entire account, including all additional profiles — no separate subscriptions needed.
Chat owners
Chat owners enjoy all VIP features in their chat rooms without buying the subscription. However, they have a crown icon instead of the gold profile icon.
Relaxed anti-flood protection
Regular users can send 5 messages every 10 seconds, while VIP users can send 10 messages every 10 seconds with fewer anti-flood checks and shorter auto-ban durations.
Recurring Payments
By subscribing to VIP status, you authorize recurring payments (monthly or yearly) using your chosen payment method until you or Chatovod cancel the subscription. You can manage your subscription or update payment details via our Stripe customer portal.
Subscription Period
The subscription period is based on the original renewal date, even if you provide new payment information and are successfully charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your upcoming VIP subscription renewal at any time through the VIP section in your profile. If automatic renewal is already cancelled or disabled, you will not see a cancellation link.
Gifts
If you gift a VIP status to another user, it will not be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
Refunds
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in that period.
Access to Features
You will lose access to all VIP features at the end of your subscription.
No Pause for Inactivity
Not opening the chat room for some time does not pause your subscription, and you will be billed on its original renewal date.
Cancellation does not mean immediate loss of features
When you cancel, you still have access to VIP features until the end of the current billing period.
